30 seconds of mountain climbers

30 seconds of rest

30 seconds of weighted situps (choose weight)

30 seconds of rest

Metcon (10 Rounds for reps)

Every 3 minutes for 30 minutes:

30 seconds ME assault bike

30 seconds ME KB Swings

30 seconds ME burpees

Rest 90 seconds

Metcon (Weight)

400m sled pull (same weight as wednesday)
