Metcon (No Measure)

200m sandbag carry (must be bear hug)

Metcon (1 Rounds for reps)

Every Minute on the minute for 24 minutes:

Minute 1: 10 dumbbell thrusters (choose weight)

Minute 2: 8 burpees

Minute 3: 5-7 cal assault bike ride

Score is total completed rounds. Max score is 24.
