Metcon (No Measure)

6 min. EMOM:

1) 25 weighted situps (25/15)

2) 20 elbow jacks

Metcon (7 Rounds for time)

Every 3 minutes for 21 minutes:

12 KB Swings (choose weight)

10 burpees

12 wallballs (choose weight)

Score is your time for each round.

Metcon (Weight)

2 sets:

100m farmers carry (44/35# KB in each hand)
