100 ft. Overhead walk

Rest 60 seconds

Metcon (1 Rounds for reps)

Every minute on the minute for 21 minutes:

1) 4 manmakers

2) 100m row

3) 12 wallballs

Metcon (Weight)

2 sets:

100m sled pull+farmer carry

Same weight as wednesday

Rest 90 seconds
