Metcon (No Measure)

6 min EMOM:

45 second wallsit

45 second plank hold

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

8 min. AMRAP:

10 KB Swings (choose weight)

5 burpees

10 box step overs (choose weight)

Rest 3 minutes, then repeat.

Metcon (Weight)

2 sets:

100m sled pull + farmers carry (10#s up on sled, 5#s up each arm)

Rest 90 seconds
