CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets, not for time:

20 med ball over the shoulder

100m run

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15 minute AMRAP:

10 weighted lunges (choose weight)

100 ft. Sandbag carry

10 calorie assault bike

100 ft. Bear crawl

Rest 3 minutes, then:

Metcon (Calories)

3 minutes of max calorie rowing

Metcon (Weight)

2 sets:

100m sled pull+farmer carry (same weight as monday)

Rest 90 seconds
