Metcon (No Measure)

6 min EMOM:

1) 20 weighted situps (choose weight)

2) 45 second wallsit

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 minute AMRAP:

100 ft. Bearhug sandbag carry (one sandbag)

10 burpee + air squat (perform full burpee, then do one air squat)

20 KB Swings (choose weight)

Metcon (Weight)

1 set:

200m sled pull + farmers carry (up in weight from last week: 10# on sled, 5# on farmers carry)
