CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (No Measure)

5 sets:

10 HR Push-ups

15 sit-ups (weight optional)

Rest as little as possible

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 min. AMRAP:

50 ft. Burpee broad jump (sub with burpee broad step)

20 DB Snatches (choose weight)

20 air squats

50 singles unders (sub with 25 jumping jacks)

Metcon (No Measure)

Accumulate 40 banded hamstring curls in 3 sets or less
