CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

15 lying leg lifts

Rest 30-45 seconds

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

10 minute AMRAP:

10 single arm DB push presses (5 each arm, choose weight)

10 ring rows

10 box stepovers (you may add weight, or choose to so box jumps instead. Consult the coach for suggestions)

Rest 3 minutes, then repeat.

Metcon (No Measure)

4 sets:

100 ft. Sandbag bear hug carry

Rest 30 seconds
