Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

50 russian twists

20 elbow jacks

Rest 60 seconds

Metcon (Time)

2 rounds for time:

50 cal assault bike

50 wall balls (choose weight)

50 cal row

No cap.

Metcon (Weight)

2 sets:

100m sled pull+farmer carry (sled should be 40 pounds lighter than your heaviest pull, farmer carry should 10#s lighter than your heaviest)

Rest 90 seconds

List total weight (weight on sled plus farmer carry weight) as score, but list what weight you used for each movement in the notes).
