CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

10 floor presses (choose weight)

10 weighted sit-ups (choose weight)

100m run

Rest no longer than 90 seconds

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes (5 sets):

15 DB Thrusters (choose weight)

15 KB Swings (choose weight)

100 ft. Bear crawl

Metcon (No Measure)

Accumulate 30 med ball tosses over the shoulder (must use 30#s or more)(not for time)

Accumulate 1 minute of plank hold
