CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (No Measure)

6 min. EMOM:

1) 10 flag push-ups (alternating)

2) 15 tuck to hollow (on bench supported)

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Every 3 minutes for 27 minutes:

1) 100m run ME KB Swings to 2:00

2) 100m run ME wall balls to 2:00

3) 100m run ME burpees to 2:00

Metcon (Weight)

1 set:

100m sled pull+farmer carry (same weight as Monday)
