15 lying leg lifts

Rest 30-45 seconds

Metcon (3 Rounds for time)

Every 6 minutes for 18 minutes:

30 wallballs (choose weight)

20 cal assault bike

10 HR Push-ups

100 ft. Bear crawl

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

15 floor presses (choose a heavy but doable weight)

Rest 1 minute
