CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

50m waiter walk right arm (35/26)

50m waiter walk left arm

No rest

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

10 min. AMRAP:

10 DB push press (choose weight)

5 burpees

10 box step ups (choose weight)

Rest 5 minutes, then repeat.

Metcon (Weight)

2 sets:

Front rack sandbag carry for 200 meters

Rest 90 seconds
If you feel that you can handle a second bag, have a partner stack it on
