Uneven pushups = one hand elevated on a plate. 5 reps on each arm.

Metcon (7 Rounds for time)

Every 5:00 for 35:00:

200m Run

15 Wallballs

10 Burpees to a Target

5 Sandbag/DBall cleans
Modify heavy sandbag cleans with DBall or heavy dumbbell (ground to shoulder).
