CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

15 seated (on a box) DB shoulder presses (choose weight)

30 second plank hold

1 minute rest

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

20 minute ladder:

1 wallball (choose weight)

1 burpee

1 cal assault bike

2, 2, 2

3, 3, 3 etc.

As high on the ladder as possible in 20 minutes. Total reps.

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

15 jumping pull-ups

Rest 1 minute
