100m sandbag walk (try for two bags women, 3 bags men)

Rest 90 seconds

Metcon (5 Rounds for calories)

Every 5 minutes for 25 minutes:

15 wallballs (choose weight)

8 burpees

ME calorie row until 3 min. Mark

Rest two minutes

Metcon (Weight)

200m sled pull + farmer carry (add 10#s)
