Every 90 seconds for 6 sets:

Assault bike at 50% of your tested one-minute max effort assault bike

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

At the 11 minute mark:

16 minute AMRAP:

400m run

Complete as many 400m rounds as possible in 16 minutes.
