Every minute on the minute for 6 minutes:

15 wallballs (same weight and modifications as before)

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

3 sets, for max calories:

8 min AMRAP assault bike

rest 3 minutes

a good goal for today is at least 85 for guys and 55 for girls. Shoot for that.

Constant Movement BBJO week 4 (No Measure)

3 sets:

11 burpee box jump overs

rest 90 seconds
