1-Mile Run (Time)

Max Effort 1-Mile Run
after everyone finishes, rest 5 minutes, then:

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Partner push/pull

In teams of two, 15 minute AMRAP:

Partner A: 50m sled push (90/45)

Partner B: 50m sled pull (45/25)

200m run together


Partner A and B work at the same time and once they both finish their station, run 200 meters together. Once they return, they will switch stations.
