One mile time trial.
Rest 5 minutes, then:

500m Row (Time)

Max Effort 500m Row
Rest 5 minutes, then:

1-Mile Run (Time)

Max Effort 1-Mile Run
NOTE: scaled athletes will only perform an AMRAP of running for the last mile until the last RX athlete finishes.
