after a good warm up:

This should be a sprint, testing lactate output and sprint capability

800m fast run

rest 5 minutes

shoud be used as a chance to test threshold, and ability to maintain proper breathing.

1-Mile Run (Time)

test your endurance here. PUsh the pace for than you normally would and try to hold in that uncomfortable state as long as you can.
