Athletes who completed “Murph” yesterday:

15 minute endurance rise on assault bike

15 minute endurance row on the rower

These are back to back efforts, and can be used as either active recovery from yesterdays workout, or a long distance training piece, but it is unscored.

Athletes that did NOT complete “Murph” yesterday:

For time:

1 mile run

100/70 cal assault bike

1 mile run

30 minute cap.

Although this workout is not “Murph,” Id like you to take this time to reflect on what Memorial Day means if you were not able to attend yesterday.
