Thruster

5 minutes of thruster demo/practice

Then take 15 minutes to establish a 1RM thruster from the rack.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 minute AMRAP:

10 single-arm dumbbell power cleans (5 right arm, 5 left arm 55/35)

10 toes to bar

10 single arm reverse DB lunges (5 right leg, 5 left leg 55/35)

NOTE: briefcase carry position for the lunge, hold it in either arm you want

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

15 lying leg raises

Rest one minute
