10 rounds for time:

10 single arm OH DB Squats (55/35) (5 left 5 right)

10 toes to bar (sub with kipping straight-leg raise)

17 minute cap.
Jasmine showed a tremendous amount of bravery after suffering a pretty significant fracture of her lower arm while giving it her all in the gym. This WOD is a great way to celebrate her bravery and show her we’re here for her. Heal up fast!
