Immediately into:

Front Squat

Every minute for 2 minutes:

2 at 88%

Front Squat

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:

1-2 reps at 92-95%
Your goal should be to do as many of these sets at 95% as possible.

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

7 min AMRAP:

10 toes to bar

10 power cleans (155/105)

Rest 3 minutes, repeat.
