Take 15 minutes to build to today’s heavy backsquat

NOTE: this may not be a PR, we have gotten away from this in the programming because of the open, but we will start into a new 4 week program next week.

Metcon (1 Rounds for reps)

5 sets, for total reps:

1 min ME burpees

1 min ME toes to bar

1 min ME row for cals

1 min rest

Cash out

20 elbow jacks

Rest 60 seconds
