5.5.5 at 70-80%

You will do 15 reps each set. Do them in sets of 5, with a 20 second rest between 5s.

Rest 2 minutes each set

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

3 sets:

4 minute AMRAP:

10 DB box stepovers (35# DB each hand or less, 20 inch box or less)

10 front squats (95 or less)

Rest 2 minutes
