Every 2 minutes for 8 minutes:

5 at 70%

3 at 80%

1 at 90%

1+ at 85%
NOTE: The “1+” set should be max reps possible. Press until failure. Please score the weight and number of reps completed.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15 min. AMRAP:

100m double kettlebell front rack walk (53/35) (sub with DBs on shoulders)

15 toes to bar

200m run
A complete 100m walk will count for 2 reps and a completed 200m run will count for one.

Cash out

2 sets:

15 cal assault bike (arms only)

20 DB Snatches (55/35)
