10 minute ascending ladder:

1 KB Swing (53/35)

1 Goblet squat (53/35)

2, 2 3, 3 etc. as high on the ladder as possible in 10 minutes

Metcon (Weight)

2 sets:

200m waiter walk (100m each arm, choose weight) +30 second plank hold

Rest 1 minute
