Every two minutes for five sets:

5 strict presses

Sets 1-2: 68%

Set 3: 73%

Set 4: 78%

Set 5: 83%

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 minute AMRAP:

21 situps

15 box step overs (45/25)

9 jumping stationary lunges (45/25)

I did this workout during a drop in while I was in Vegas. Pretty rough. Enjoy!
