CrossFit Lifted – Olympic Weightlifting

Warm up

10 chalk jerk drills arms at sides (for perfect position)

10 chalk jerk drills arms in front rack (invisible PVC)

10 chalk jerk drills PVC (no looking on these. Perfect upright body position)

5 cleans high hang PVC

5 cleans mid-thigh PVC

5 Full cleans PVC

5 snatches high hang

5 snatches mid thigh

5 full snatches

5 snatch balances

NOTE: I want a 1 second pause at the bottom of every snatch and clean in this warm up

Jerk 3×2

3 sets of 2

Short rest between sets

Clean 3×2

Three sets of two

Short rest between sets

Snatch 3×2

Three sets of two

Short rest between sets

35# max FOR ALL on ALL of todays lifts. You are not allowed to exceed 35 pounds. Whether you are allowes to lift any weight today will be at the discretion of the coach.
