Squat clean+adjustment

Every 2 minutes for 5 sets:

2 reps starting at 50-55% of front squat

Power snatch + 2 OHS

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:

1 power snatch +2 OHS starting at 55-60% of 1RM power snatch, building.
