10 minutes of skills and drills, then 12 minutes to find a 1RM power snatch

30 rounds for time:

1 deadlift (225/155)

3 burpees

5 wallballs (20/14)

20 minute cap.

Metcon (No Measure)

2 sets:

20 (each) partner medball situp tosses

Find someone in class that you don’t know and pair up with them.
