Overhead Squat

10 minutes of discussion/demo of behind the neck push press/overhead squat technique

15 minutes to establish a 1RM overhead squat

NOTE: please use a weight that allows you to safely pass below 90 degrees while keeping the bar over you head and you heels on the ground. If you are no longer able to remain within these standards, you have surpassed the heaviest you should go in this movement.

Metcon (Time)

5 rounds for time:

100 foot Double overhead dumbbell walk (55/35)

20 DB Push presses (55/35)

15 burpees

17 minute cap.

Metcon (Weight)

Accumulate 50 unbroken russian KB Swings (choose weight)

NOTE: you choose as light of a weight as you want, but commit to going unbroken.
