Overhead Squat

E2MOM 10:

1) 6 at 70%

2) 5 at 75%

3) 4 at 80%

4-5) 3 at 85%

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

6 minute AMRAP:

3 devils presses (55/35)

6 stationary front-rack DB lunges

100m run

Rest 3 minutes, then repeat.

NOTE: this is a “pause and play” workout. Where ever you finish in the first 6 minutes, is where you will pick up on the first rep of the next 6 minutes. You DO NOT start over from the beginning.

Metcon (Weight)

2 sets:

40 UB Russian KB Swings

Rest 1 minute

NOTE: use the same weight you used last week.
