Teams of two, one person at a time:

400m run

60 power cleans (95/65)

100 double unders (50 each, or 200 singles)

50 stationary front rack lunges

100 double unders

40 OHS

100 double unders

50 front rack lunges

100 double unders

60 power cleans

400m run

27 minute cap.

NOTE: if you have issues with mobility, you may switch to front squats in place of the OHS. Please attempt to use a weight that allows you and your partner to use one bar.

ALSO, YOU MAY COMPLETE THE JUMP ROPE AT THE SAME TIME , IF YOU CHOOSE TO, BUT YOU MUST DO A TOTAL OF 50 EACH.
