1) 5 singles at 70% of 1RM PC

2) 5 singles at 75%

3) 5 singles at 80%

Hang Clean

E2MOM 8:

2 reps at 90%

Promcovery (Time)

4 rounds for time:

200m run

30 air squats

20 sit-ups

10 push-ups

17 minute cap.

Metcon (No Measure)

5 minute slow to moderate assault bike

Metcon (No Measure)

LIFTED BEACH BODY PREP (optional on your own):

5 sets:

20 side leg raises (each side)

50 flutter kicks
