10 reps at 25# less than your heaviest 10-rep max from two weeks ago (10# pounds heavier than last week)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15 minute AMRAP:

10 deadlifts (135/95)

10 burpees

10 wallballs (20/14)

Cash out

45 second plank hold

30 second rest
