Every 2.5 minutes for 5 sets:

5 overhead squats at 70% of your 1RM

NOTE: it is not recommended to lower the weight to your back at the end of the set. Drop the weight to the floor, clean it, and rerack it.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

7 min AMRAP:

7 toes to bar

7 push presses (95/65)

Rest 3 minutes, then:

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

7 min AMRAP:

800m run, then with the time remaining:

Max effort burpees

Cash out

3 sets:

30 second axle bar deadlift hold (185/135)

Rest one minute
