Behind the neck snatch grip push press

Over head squat

Overhead Squat

15 minutes to find a 1RM Overhead Squat from the rack

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 min. AMRAP:

2 thrusters (95/65)

2 push presses

2 front squats

6 burpees

Metcon (1 Rounds for calories)


1 min ME assault bike for cals
