5 sets at 90%, 1 rep

Immediately into:

Back Squat (Every 90 seconds 1 rep at 87%)

5 sets, 1 rep at 87%

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

5 min. AMRAP:

1 deadlift 225/155

3 burpees

5 jumping squats

Rest 3 minutes, then:

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

5 min. AMRAP:

600m run

ME power cleans with remaining time (135/95)

Cash out

2 sets:

100 ft. Sandbag bearhug (as heavy as possible)

Rest 60 seconds
