Back Squat

All athletes:

E2MOM 10:

5 backsquats at 75%

New athletes: if you don’t have an established 1RM, please use a weight you can move through with minimal pauses

Metcon (Time)

In teams of two:

50 1 to 1 manmakers (25/20/15)

If a team of three is needed, please up the amount to 60 and rotate through.
