CrossFit Lifted – New You Challenge


Wallball, jumping pull-up, banded pull-up, backsquat

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 minute AMRAP:

Teams of two:

Partner A: 25 ball slams (20/14)

Partner B:

7 thrusters (65/35)

10 DB Snatches (35/15)

Once partner A completes the ball slams, the partners switch stations snd partner A picks up where partner B left off.
