CrossFit Lifted – New You Challenge


Push Press and box jump/box step over

Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

Partner Workout (4 rounds):

Minute 1: 45 seconds ME wallballs (10#)

Minute 2: 45 seconds ME burpees

Minute 3: partner 100m sandbag carry

Minute 4: rest

You will still log your individual reps, but the sandbag will be carried together.

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

30 second plank hold

Rest 30 seconds

30 seconds of situps

Rest 30 seconds
