5 box squats (65-85 pounds, small box with 45# plate on top)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 min AMRAP:

20 russian KB Swings (26-35#)

20 air squats

20 calorie row

Cash out

2 sets:

70 flutter kicks
