Box Squat Ladder

Box squat x 2 (up by 10 #s each lift until you find max load)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

7 min. AMRAP:

7 air squats

7 pushups (mod with box pushups)

7 situps

Compare to 6-20-16

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

At minute 10:

5 minute AMRAP ladder:

1 wallball

1 burpee

2,2 3,3 etc.

As high on the ladder as possible in 5 minutes.
