CrossFit Lifted – Olympic Weightlifting

Hh clean+jerk

2 sets:

3+3 at 70-75% (all numbers based off of last weeks complex)

Hang clean+jerk

2 sets:

2+2 at 75-80%

BTK + jerk

2 sets:

1+1 at 80-85%

Deadlift

3 sets:

10 clean-grip deadlifts at 10# heavier than today’s final weight
