Hang clean + jerk

2 sets:

2+2 at 75-80% +10 pounds

Clean and Jerk

3 sets at 80-85% + 10 pounds

Deadlift

3 sets:

Clean grip x 10 at 10 pounds heavier than your last clean n jerk
