CrossFit Lifted – Olympic Weightlifting

Clean and Jerk

5 sets:

1 high clean and jerk

1 mid thigh clean and jerk

1 clean n jerk

All weights should be between 75 and 100% of last weeks complex.

Front Squat

3 sets:

2 front squats with a tempo (4111)(10 pounds heavier than today’s heaviest clean n jerk)
